Went to the most amazing sushi place today. It's called Edomae. They serve sushi and hibachi (always a pleasant combination). To start I had an appetizer of fried calamari. Between courses they offer a small dish of ice cream to cleanse the pallet. We had a mango sorbet and a green tea ice cream. Yum. For the next course I had one of their special rolls. The Lobster King roll is composed of Tempura Shrimp, lobster, scallion drizzled in eel sauce and masago. I also had their Ninja roll, which is crab, cucumber and cream cheese. Overall, I rate Edomae a 10 out of 10 because it was more than noteworthy and sublimely delicious. Here is a video about using chopsticks for your next night out eating sushi.
